Due to some reports of host errors this morning, I’ve doubled the server resources (CPUs, memory, and disk space) for all clients as a temporary measure until I can identify the exact cause. This should eliminate the immediate problems. I try to purchase only the resources required to adequately serve our needs in order to keep costs down (and subsequently the price you pay for your services). While this is most likely a temporary overload of our server resources I understand your frustration at being unable to reach your sites and will be monitoring this closely. Please use the support portal to report any other issues you may be having.
